● Orders placed cannot be refunded or canceled once they are processed. Non-deliverable orders will receive a credit refund to your IndiaSMMExpert account.

● Orders for misplaced or private accounts, incorrect links, or orders made with unauthorized or stolen credit cards are not eligible for a refund.

● Please avoid using multiple servers simultaneously for the same page, as we cannot ensure accurate follower/like counts in such cases. No refunds will be issued for these orders.

● We do not guarantee interaction from new followers, only the delivery of the followers you pay for.

● We strive to ensure all accounts have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, but this is not guaranteed.

● You agree not to upload inappropriate content, including nudity, to the IndiaSMMExpert platform.

● Refill protection is not available for pages with over 100k followers/likes/views before ordering from us, as it's difficult to track the source of follower/like/view loss.
